Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of purchase

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in specific cases:

  • If the product is defective or damaged
  • If the wrong item was delivered
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Used or worn products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Discounted or clearance items
